Letter of Recommendation 31# October,2023 To Whom It May Concern, It is my pleasure to recommend our Ayi - Yun-Mei Liu(ID Card copy attached), who has been working for us since July 2013. Over the past 10 years, not only we have never thought of changing to other Ayi or helper because of her good works and working ethics, but I constantly received enquiries from my friends for our Ayi to see if she has available slots to help their family as well. In our household, Ayi Liu is responsible for the routine cleaning. As abovementioned, we are always proud to invite our friends over because our place is always clean and tidy with supports from Ayi Liu. In addition to the routine house cleaning, whenever I am in need, such as being away from home for a month, or need extra works to clean the house after a renovation, without me asking, Ayi Liu always takes good care of our house and my family like a trustworthy family member. I could still recall there are times when I want to eat healthy by cooking myself, she proactively offers me with the supports of preparing the ingredients. There are also times that I noticed she initiated somethings herself to make our house cleaner, such as moving our heavy couch in order to clean the dust underneath. One of my friends told me that their helper would never do that unless they ask her. I can definitely go on and on with all the good thing Ayi Liu has done to my family, but to be more objective, there's only one thing as a reminder which is about a clear communication about the time slot you want her to come over to your house. Ayi Liu is always trying to do her best to all her clients with dedication, so she lost track of time sometimes.
